Presentation of Halyard sterilization packaging and Belintra Sterisystem® at the 4th Infection Control, Sterilization & Decontamination Congress in London

Karina Engels, Product Manager Sterilization EMEA at Halyard (part of the Owens & Minor family), presented the Belintra Sterisystem® solution at the 4^th Annual MarketsandMarkets Infection Control, Sterilization & Decontamination Congress. The theme was “Transport baskets and flexible sterilization packaging: the best of both worlds”.  The presentation gave an overview of the challenges related to packaging, storage and distribution of sterilized medical devices, highlighting specifically how a state-of-the-art storage and distribution system provides the most secure method to delivering sterile instruments to the OR.
