Stericart® officially registered as a trademark in the United States

Stericart®, our range of open and closed case carts within the Sterisystem® logistics solution for CSSD, has now been officially registered as a trademark by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

This registration further strengthens the protection of the Stericart® name and supports its consistent use within the Belintra-ScanModul® portfolio across key global markets, including the United States.

Sterisystem® open Stericart®
The Sterisystem® open Stericart®, made of stainless steel, is designed for indoor transport of instrument sets and consumables between the sterile processing department and the operating theatre. The cart supports hygienic workflows, is fully washing-tunnel-resistant and features unique handles for safe and ergonomic handling.

Sterisystem® closed Stericart®
The Sterisystem® closed Stericart® is washing-tunnel- and shock-resistant and combines safe transport with a space-saving design. It is suitable for transporting sterile instruments to and from the operating theatre, as well as contaminated sets to the sterilization unit.
Ergonomic handling, optimal loading capacity and integrated identification and status display support safe use and clear process visibility. Durable castors, handlebars and washing-tunnel-resistant magnets ensure reliable performance in daily CSSD operations.

Both the open and closed Stericarts® have noise-absorbing runners which improve comfort, whilst different designs allow the users to have a cart adapted to specific workflow needs.
